Prolong is a food supplement designed to supplement the diet of people who practice sport. This carbohydrate and protein based drink with an osmolality between 270 and 330 mOsmol/kg contains whey proteins which contribute to the development and maintenance of muscle mass.

How to use

Pour 4 level scoops (60 g) into 250 ml of water, shake vigorously then add another 250 ml of water to obtain 500 ml of drink. To be taken once a day as needed.
